Course Description and Objectives:

This course aims to provide participants with knowledge on the procedure to be followed during the arrival and dispatch of the aircraft as well as the correct communication and phraseology to ensure that the line of communication is kept clear and correct. Most importantly, the participant of this course will be able to understand the safety procedures in case of accidents and incidents.

At the end of this training course, the participant will successfully be able to:

• Be knowledgeable on the acceptable procedure for aircraft towing, arrival, and dispatch.
• Correctly communicate with all the personnel involved in the towing, arrival, and dispatch operation.
• Correctly respond with different scenarios
