Course Description and Objectives:

ADS-B Overview focuses on ensuring trainees have a working understanding of their ADS-B equipment, how to utilize the equipment according to regulatory requirements, what services are available, as well as proper configuration of ADS-B.

At the end of this training course, the participant will successfully be able to:

• Understand the operations of ADS-B,
• Know the ADS-B maintenance requirements, the guiding policies, responsibilities and procedures in the continuing maintenance compliance of aircraft fleet certified for ADS-B operation.
