Course Description and Objectives:

The compliance of aircraft maintenance tasks would often require the use of consumable parts that when further analyzed can cause hazards to the health of the personnel who can come into contact with it as well as the environment whenever proper disposal procedure is not observed.

At the end of this training course, the participant will successfully be able to:

• Identify the different hazardous materials used in aircraft maintenance
• Understand the importance of the different PPE to be used 
• Practice the proper handling of hazardous materials
• Practice the correct handling and disposal procedure
