Course Description and Objectives:

This course prepares the participant to be knowledgeable on the different theories and principles of aircraft maintenance production and planning activities. The participants will be exposed to the practices of creating work instructions, manpower inventory, and the subsequent requirement required to be able to execute a maintenance task.

At the end of this training course, the participant will successfully be able to:

• Be knowledgeable on the duties and responsibilities of a production planner
• Identify terms related to production planning
• Explain the importance of accomplishing maintenance tasks to ensure continued airworthiness
• Apply theories and principles in practical application
